Before you connect a personal account — please read

Commander can publish in two ways. Official connections use each platform's own “Connect” sign-in and its public posting tools. That is the platform's approved route.

The desktop app can also post for you by operating a normal browser window signed in as you. LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok do not allow automated tools on personal accounts in their terms. If you use the desktop app this way, the platform could limit, lock or close that account. We can't prevent that, and it is your decision.

• Approvals, the calendar, alerts and official connections don't carry this risk.
• The phone app and this dashboard never ask for your social media passwords. If you choose auto re-login in the desktop app, it keeps the password in your own computer's keychain.
• You can turn the desktop app off for any account at any time.
